Kosher for Passover

story about sugar and how things get to be "Kosher."
According to his rabbinical source, the acceptable kosher/non-kosher ratio in foodstuffs is 75:1.
If that sounds arbitrary, let us not forget the whole thing is arbitrary, and that legalistic interpretation is the hallmark of post-exilic Judaism.
